Evening low temperature averages 72-82 degrees in Summer, while daytime highs average 87-95 degrees.
Monthly Rental does not include Island tax (11%); Security Deposit* ($500.00); Pet Security Deposit* ($1,000.00); and
End of Rental Cleaning Fee (Standard $125.00; Pet $250.00).
*Following your second rental of the property, a $250.00 discount is offered, and security fees may be waived at the
